The story of PCS
Perfect Cleaning Solutions was established in 2010 by Alan Konopka as a residential cleaning company operating within the West Lothian area. During that time Alan was studying Business Management and Accountancy at Edinburgh College (then Stevenson College) and the cleaning business was a good way to try out all business and marketing ideas that he learnt in college.
After couple years in business by himself he decided to get some help from his friends and family. The business was growing at a slow and steady pace for a number of years until his then girlfriend (now fiancée) agreed to come on board full time as new CEO/Managing Director. From that time we have been growing exponentially gaining new clients, expanding our service area to Edinburgh and the Lothians and improving our offering. In 2017 we have decided to focus entirely on commercial cleaning services with high focus on offices, hospitality and retail industry, specialist cleaning (clean rooms and labs) and highly demanding deep cleaning jobs for major real estate companies.
Plans for the future
Looking into the future our aim is to become a cleaning company of choice for all small to large size offices in the central belt of Scotland. We are well on our way in establishing two strong branches with experienced area managers operating in Edinburgh and West Lothian areas. We continually incentivise and promote our employees and support them in their growth within the organisation. Our management team have equity shareholding making them part owners of the organisation that they are building. This ensures that all employees are committed to provide the best possible service. We like to go that extra mile and positively surprise our customers. This brings us enormous joy and satisfaction.
Our plans for the next 5 years is to establish very strong presence within the central belt with at least 4 branches operating with its own operational management. We also want to continue provide exceptional service and continue being a firm of choice for many businesses.
