💪🏻I was so proud of our team yesterday.
🧍🏻♀️I took my staff who agreed to cover the shift of another staff to their location so that they have the opportunity to meet her before doing the cover from tomorrow.
Me or our managers always make sure to do this so that they don’t feel awkward.
It is always good to get an introduction from a person we mutually know!
📣This gives them the opportunity to speak to the person who is going on holiday so that they can pass on what exactly they do. To make sure nothing gets missed. This is again, communication.
❤️Our team was so helpful and super nice to the cover staff and I was just so so proud of the team.
🙋🏻♀️One of the staff who will be working with her said “Just feel free to ask if you have any questions at all!”.
👏This kind of people is what we love having in our company. People who make their colleague feel welcomed.
