Perfect Cleaning Solutions Limited is committed to high standards of ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws and we fully expect all of our suppliers to conduct themselves in a similarly compliant manner.
Perfect Cleaning Solutions Limited’s commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with laws includes compliance with laws prohibiting human trafficking and slavery. The UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 defines “modern slavery” as including the offences of “slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour” as well as “human trafficking”, all of which are directly opposed to the values and ethics of our company. Perfect Cleaning Solutions Limited has zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking.
Our Business
Perfect Cleaning Solutions Limited operates as a provider of Internal Building Contract Cleaning and maintenance, only within the United Kingdom.
Higher-risk areas
We recognise that some of our suppliers may source products and/or materials from countries such as China and SE Asia which are higher risk areas. We also recognise that there may be some slight risk in the recruitment of our employees.

Perfect Cleaning Solutions Limited employees gets paid at least the UK minimum wage.
Perfect Cleaning Solutions Limited checks all employees the rights to work in the UK when commencing employment.
Our Suppliers
Perfect Cleaning Solutions Limited operates and maintains a preferred supplier listing.
- We conduct due diligence on all suppliers before allowing them to become preferred suppliers which includes searches to ensure that they have not been convicted of any offences relating to modern slavery.
- Where possible we build long standing relationships with local suppliers who are based in Scotland/UK.
- Where the supplier is required to comply by law with the Modern Slavery Act we will ensure that their policies and procedures are compliant.
- For suppliers who fall below the necessary compliance limits, we will wherever possible encourage them to comply with the Modern Slavery Act of their own free will as we do.
Our Training
Perfect Cleaning Solutions Limited provides relevant training and information to the responsible employees, to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business. All of our Area Managers have been briefed on the subject.
Our Performance Indicators
Perfect Cleaning Solutions Limited will measure and monitor our performance and that of our suppliers to ensure that our steps to combat slavery and/or human trafficking are effective through any reports received from employees, clients, the public, or law enforcement agencies, our goal being to receive zero reports.
