🧼This week, we started a new contract!
🤷🏻♀️The client was just not getting a good service from their previous prover.
🙄You know we all have ups and downs but the problem is that this wasn’t getting solved for months and months.
⏰If the mistake or the complaint was made once, ok. Twice, hmm…and by the third and fourth time you start to wonder if they are taking anything into account.
🤙We try to keep regular contact with our clients and if things went wrong we try to solve it as soon as possible.
📧And the important thing is to communicate with our staff.
📞I do bang on about the importance of communication, because it is!
💬Sometimes you feel like you will annoy the other person for pesting them too much, but it is important and I would rather say it than not saying it and then becoming a problem later on.
✉️We regularly check in and keep in touch with our staff.
🗣We facilitate a group chat platform so that they can communicate with each other. This is super important so that nothing gets left to guess and no miss communication.
🤝Especially in the beginning of the contract, and the beginning of the employment we need to make sure we get it right and there are no miscommunication.
🚌It has been super busy recently, and also school holiday doesn’t help!
❤️Again I did say previously as well but one of our staff left due to her health issue and she said this to me:
👩🏻💼”Hi Sarah. I would like to say, it was nice working for you. You are a very good employer, also very patient and helpful. Thank you.”
🌸This really made me feel really great and gave me assurance to keep going.
