Since 2017, PCS has assisted the client when they moved their previous 2 premises to their sparkling new larger office.

We assisted the client with the initial builders clean prior to moving in, also the regular daily office cleaning.

We have undertaken move-out cleans for their previous 2 locations as well.

Problem – Basic needs not met such as skirtings desks were often not wiped down, just overall poor job, lack of communication with the team, unclear as to what exactly they were doing in terms of the tasks, cleaners not turning up.

Solution – Daily/weekly task sheets were created tailored to our clients’ office
Regular check up with our client and our staff, any problem are dealt ASAP as our managers are in regular contact with both our client & our staff
Attendance management software was used to track the staff attendance so that the HQ was able to see who is on site/times
Weekly site visit to ensure the cupboard is stocked up and the cleaning is carried out to a high standard
Communication book allows our staff and the client to communicate directly for anything last minute, and we are able to keep the record of it.

We have taken over the contract from another cleaning company who were hiring “self-employed” cleaners.

Our staff are all employed this means that we are able to provide our staff with sufficient cleaning equipment and tools to help our staff do a great job.

The budget was tight, therefore we have created a cleaning plan so that we are able to do a thorough cleaning without putting strain on our staff.

We are in regular contact with the client so that we can help each other.
