Perfect Cleaning Solutions Limited uses an attendance management software called ‘Deputy’. Our members of staff use their mobile phones to clock in and out when they start and finish their shifts. As the application uses GPS location we know that clock in and out process occurs at your premises and not on the way home. This allows us to track the exact time spent at you premises and ensures that full time allocation is used to perform agreed cleaning tasks.
The application has alert capabilities that alert the area manager in the event that the member of staff is not clocking in or clocking in late and the same happens for clocking out procedures. We want to be fair and transparent in the way we do our business and that is why time reports are always readily available to our customers to see if our members of staff spend their full time allocation at their premises.
